How to Do AOL Mail Spam Control settings on the AOL Gold Desktop Software

To block a username:

1. First open your AOL Gold  desktop and sign in as you normally do. 

2. After opening it, open the Privacy settings from AOL Keyboard.

Note: You can only use this keyword in AOL desktop only and not in browser. 

3. Now, select the Block Only these User option from the IM Setting and then click only these user option. 

4. Just enter the screen name In the Custom Block List window that want to block to block, and then tap on Add.to select it.This way you can block as many screen name you want.

5. Click Save to close the Custom Block List window and then to close IM Settings window.
